Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Relaxing Flow massage. It’s a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury, or imbalance. It can help relieve and recover tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.

- Avoid this type of massage if you are overly sensitive to pressure.

Ancient Greek Massage
Ancient Greek Massage is a therapeutic approach developed by physiotherapist and alternative therapist Elli Tsouknaki
We are really grateful that we met that wonderful person and excellent teacher back in January 2020 and did a comprehensive training in Ancient Greek Massage
After years of extensively researching ancient theories and practices Elli created the Ancient Greek Massage. She has now trademarked the massage, which is by now practiced at many of the best health centers and spas.
The massage is based mainly on methods created by Hippocrates, “the father of medicine” and which were used at wrestling schools and gymnasiums in ancient Greece as well as at the numerous Asclepion healing centers.
- It combines “dry massage” with pressure and movement, following the brush that reinforces blood circulation to the back. Afterwards hot oil is applied with essential oils that is followed by a special massage using a unique suction method. The oil is removed by a wooden scraper called the ”curry comb”. The treatment is completed with the “sadness rubbing” which is virtually a head massage during which the emission of “serotonin” is increased and the “cortisol” is decreased thus releasing sadness

Gua sha Face massage
Gua sha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation.

Mother to Be
Mother to Be is a pregnancy massage. It can help reduce pregnancy body aches, reduce stress, and ease muscle tension. We use mild pressure and we focus on areas such as your neck, lower back, hips, and legs. During the pregnancy massage, you lie on your stomach on a special pregnancy massage table. If you prefer not to lie on your stomach during the massage, we can always massage you on a side lying position.

Massage Op Maat is a tailor made massage depending on your needs. Ideal if you want to receive a massage for a specific pain area. This can be only neck or only head or only lower back. We created this massage for those who are running out of time but still are in need of a really good massage!

Cupping Therapy
Full body treatment with use of massage cups. Helps resolve faster the pain than the massage therapy alone. Cupping therapy helps increasing circulation to the area cups are placed and release body toxins through the lymphatic system

Chair Massage
A chair massage on location is a relaxation massage that lasts 15 to 20 minutes. During this massage, which is performed on a special massage chair, you can keep your clothes on. This makes a chair massage on location accessible and ideally suited to offer at work or at events.
