ℹ️ There are different types of massages ,so do your research 

Each type of massage includes different techniques , 

so make sure to choose the one that works for you 

 ℹ️ Visit the toilet beforehand 

Nothing worse than interrupting your massage to go to the toilet.

 ℹ️ Do your fitness routine before your massage 

Yes we know you love Boot Camp, CrossFit and Spinning but 

do yourself a favour and work out before your massage.

 ℹ️ Remember to Breathe 

It’s crucial that you breathe fully and deeply during your massage. 

This will help you to get the full of relaxation 

 ℹ️ Communicate with your massage therapist 

We are here to help…Speak up if at any point you don’t like something, want a change in pressure or anything else that may come up during your massage

ℹ️ One massage every few years isn’t going to do much 

We wish we could dissolve all these knots and get your muscles loosened after one session. One massage can definitely help, but getting a massage as frequently as possible benefits your long term wellness routine
